Reminder: Montgomery County Cordially Invites You to Attend
You are cordially invited to attend a joint press conference regarding the swearing in of Devarjaye “DJ” Daniel. DJ is currently battling terminal brain and spine cancer and has a desire to be sworn in as an honorary peace officer. Montgomery County law enforcement agencies have answered the call and DJ will be sworn in at one time by multiple law enforcement agencies in Montgomery County. Judge Mark Keough and members of the Commissioners Court will also be on hand for this special occasion to honor DJ.
Following the ceremony our media partners are invited to accompany DJ as he is given his first assignment as an honorary Deputy Sheriff by Sheriff Rand Henderson.
The ceremony will occur on Monday, January 31, 2022 at 9:30 am, in the media room at the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office located at 1 Criminal Justice Drive, Conroe, TX 77301.
