MCTXSheriff Investigates Roadway Shooting
On April 29, 2021 at 1:45 pm the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office received information reporting a victim inside of a vehicle was shot in the 25000 block of Interstate 45 in Spring, Texas. Upon arrival, Deputies learned a Hispanic male was shot while driving on the feeder road by a suspect in another vehicle that was on the main lanes of I-45.
MCTXSheriff’s Office Detectives and Patrol Deputies are currently investigating the shooting. Initial reports indicate the suspect may be driving a tan Chevy truck with a white hood and white tailgate and towing a trailer. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male possible wearing a baseball style hat, blue shirt, with neatly trimmed facial hair.
The shooting victim was transported for treatment to a local hospital, and is expected to recover. This is still an active investigation and no further information is available at this time.
