MCTXSheriff Investigates Massage Establishment

In recent months, The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office received information from the public in reference to allegations of prostitution at Estheticalm Total Care Spa, located on Oakhurst Drive in Spring.

The investigation began on March 4, 2021 with licensing inspections which revealed that the Estheticalm Total Care Spa has a Massage Establishment License, and employed multiple licensed massage therapists. During the investigation, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Organized Crime Unit arrested two females for Promotion of Prostitution: 38 year old Carmina Fuentes-Guardo, and 37 year old Rosio Carballo Baires. A search warrant was also obtained and executed the same date, and several items of evidentiary value relating to the offenses were recovered.

This investigation was supported by the Human Trafficking Rescue Alliance, Houston Police Department, Texas Department of Public Safety, Liberty County Sheriff’s Office, Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission and the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.

This investigation is ongoing and more charges are possible in the future.
