Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Implements GovQA Technology to Improve Public Records Request Process

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office (MCTXSheriff) is pleased to announce the implementation of GovQA software, a cutting-edge solution designed to streamline and enhance the public records request process.

Effective July 8, 2024, GovQA's cloud-based platform will enable the MCTXSheriff to efficiently manage and process public records requests from citizens and the media, including electronic documents, videos, and audio files. Self-service tools and automated features empower citizens to access information proactively, fostering greater transparency and trust.
