Is INFOR being utilized for both online and in-person classes?
Yes, moving forward, all in-person classes will be built in to the INFOR system for registration. Classes will no longer be offered on E-Campus and beginning January 1, 2022, courses completed on E-Campus will not be reported to TCOLE.
Why do I have classes that are labeled as failed or incomplete?
Due to E-Campus and INFOR being two different systems, INFOR may be reading data as "failed" or "incomplete" from the data merge. Please ignore this as it is for auditing purposes only.
I am a Montgomery County employee, how do I use the new E-Learning system?

Why am I getting a request to approve training for someone who does not belong to me?
Approvals are still being worked on. Please advise the requester so that they can notify their actual supervisor.
If the supervisor approves for the requester to attend a class, please email the academy to force the request through the system.
Can Academy staff change supervisor assignments and class approvers?
No, the Academy staff cannot change the approvers in the system. All information is tied to the Human Resources component of INFOR. This issue is being addressed and corrected by each department but may take some time.
What should I do if I encounter an issue with online payment?
Please report any online payment issues to the Academy at (936) 760-5859 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Issues will be addressed during normal business hours, Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm, excluding holidays.
I've signed up for a non-recurring subscription, when will I have access?
Each subscription will processed during the following business day during normal business hours. Business hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, excluding holidays.
Example: If you have submitted a payment Friday night and Monday is a holiday, payment and registration will be processed the next business day, Tuesday.
Your subscription will begin when payment and registration have been processed.
I work for a local agency, do I still need to pay for a subscription?
Yes, outside licenses are limited and local agencies will have to provide payment. Exclusions include personnel employed by Montgomery County.
