Damon W. Hall currently holds the position of Chief Deputy and oversees all Captains at the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office. Chief Deputy Damon Hall sits on several committees with the Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI), Securing the Cities (STC), and is the County Representative for the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, Class 269. 

Chief Hall currently holds a Master Peace Officer’s License with the State of Texas and has worked in a Law Enforcement capacity for over 20 years in Montgomery County.  Positions held during this time include Patrol Deputy, Crime Scene Investigator, S.W.A.T. Deputy / Assistant Team Leader / Team Leader, Lieutenant, Captain and now Chief Deputy.  He has received several commendations during his tenure with the most notable being the 100 Club Officer of the Year (2004) and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Meritorious Service Award from Sheriff Tommy Gage in 2010.
