MCTXSheriff Seeks For Female in a Theft

On July 5, 2019 at about 5:30 PM, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to 20000 Block of Meadow Lakes Dr. Cleveland TX in reference to a theft of a vehicle. The victim provided a ride for a female walking down the road. The suspect told him that she was a nanny for sickly kids. The victim, in need of a caretaker for his house, offered for her to stay at his house with him and wife to clean and do laundry for them, as he had to take care of his paralyzed wife. She agreed and stayed for approximately three weeks. The victim then noticed his 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe, bearing TX LP 7NWRM, was gone. He advised she is the only one that could have taken the vehicle. He also stated that this vehicle was his only vehicle. On same date, the suspect attempted to purchase about $2000 worth of visa gift cards at the New Caney Walmart using the victim’s credit card.

If you have any information in regards to the identity of the suspect, you are urged to contact the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office at 936-760-5800 in reference to Case# 19A216951.
