MCTXSheriff Arrest Burglary Suspect
On August 29, 2018 at about 6:45 pm, Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to 13000 Block of Snow Lane, Willis, Texas in reference to a Burglary of Vehicle. While in route, witnesses stated they saw 3 young males near a boat and one of the males entered the boat taking fishing poles. Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Deputies set up a perimeter and during the search the located all three males in a nearby neighborhood. During the investigation, Deputies identified Brendon Shepherd as the male who entered the boat and stole the fishing poles. The fishing poles which were returned to the owner and Shepherd was arrested for Burglary of Vehicle (Boat) and taken to Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Jail.
