Sheriff’s Office Arrest Five Males for Theft of Construction Materials
On August 15, 2018 at about 4:19 AM, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the address of 3700 Rayford Rd Spring, TX in regards to a suspicious vehicle being at a construction site. Upon Deputies arrival, they located two vehicles one being a cargo van leaving the construction site. Deputies conducted traffic stops on both vehicle and to investigate further. While on scene a foreman for the construction site came to the scene and advised Deputies that he was missing several sheets of plywood. Deputies arrested all five males for theft of the construction materials and transported them to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Jail.
