Multi-Agency Investigation leads to Arrest of 6 for Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity

On March 17, 2018, The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to a burglary of an ATM machine that occurred at the CVS located at 25110 Grogans Mill Road. During the investigation, Deputies learned that a stolen vehicle from Houston Police Department jurisdiction had been used to crash into the CVS Store causing over $40,000 in damage. The case was assigned to Detectives with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division, who realized this burglary was similar to others that had occurred in Harris and Montgomery County.

Detectives with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office working collaboratively with the Houston Police Department, Harris County Sheriff's Office, Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Marshals, and the F.B.I. were able to identify the individuals responsible for these crimes.

As a result of an extensive investigation by the agencies involved, the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office secured arrest warrants for:

 Kerry Adam Moss B/M 11/05/98
 Trevion Rayshad Jackson B/M 07/08/91

2018.07.16_Arrests

In the early morning hours of July 12, 2018, multiple law enforcement agencies executed six search and arrest warrants on the individuals believed to be responsible for these crimes.

All six suspects in this group are documented gang members or known affiliates of gang members and are currently charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity in Montgomery County. The six suspects have either no bonds or high bonds.

This investigation is on-going and law enforcement agencies in Montgomery and Harris County expect additional arrests.
