Registration and Payment


Click here to set up your online learning account and register for your desired courses. Your account will be activated for access when payment is received and deactivated when your courses have been reported to TCOLE.

All online training will be reported to TCOLE during the first business week of every month.


We accept payments in the form of agency checks, money orders, or cash. We do not accept credit, debit or personal checks. Please make checks and money orders payable to Montgomery County Sheriff's Office and send to:

Payments are nonrefundable but may be applied to other training.
